HIGH PERFORMANCE GRADE TPEE MATERIAL
TPEE materials are block copolymers consisting of a hard segment of polyester and a soft segment based on polyether or polyester.among which, polyether soft segment and non crystalline polyester comprise amorphous phase while polyester hard segment partly crystallizes to form crystal domain as physical crosslink point.
TPEE materials combines the desirable elasticity of rubber and the strength of engineering plastics. Compared with rubber, it shows better processing properties and longer service life. The soft segment endows elasticity for TPEE and makes it act like rubber while the hard segment endows processing properties to make it just like plastics. In contrast to engineering plastics, TPEE exhibits same good strength but better flexibility and dynamic mechanical properties.
